3. Addressing Creases: Due to the large size of the car floor mats, they may develop some creases during the packaging process. However, this is an inevitable consequence. We recommend placing the mats in the sun for 2 days upon receipt, and then installing and using them for a while, after which the creases will significantly diminish.

7. Important Note: If you only select the first row of car mats on the customization page, it will only include the driver and co-driver mats, and the second-row mats cannot be shipped separately.
